List All 4 PricesI did enjoy playing this game, don’t get me wrong. But the negative points of it have made this an easy review for me. This is a game for rent without a shadow of a doubt. The shortness and the general issues with it mean I can’t really recommend anything else. You’ll finish it within a weekend I can guarantee that, and I don’t think there is any replay value in it, not even in the online play with the strength of the competition out there. Rent this game and do... Read more
There is no introductory paragraph required for this review. No, straight out in the open, this is the worst FPS that has ever had the misfortune to be produced for the current generation of consoles. What is even more disparaging is that the concept behind it is rather interesting. Set in an alternative history timeline where Winston Churchill was killed in 1931, thereby depriving the UK of his leadership in World War II and having the Nazis completely defeat the... Read more
Like a lot of other first person shooters Turning Point includes a multiplayer mode, but I wouldn't go binning your copies of Halo 3 or CoD4 just yet. Developers are presumably encouraged by Microsoft to produce these, and Turning Point is yet another one that shouldn’t have bothered - spending the time on sorting out the solo game’s problems would have been a far wiser idea. A choice of a piddling 4 maps and a maximum of 8 players doesn’t bode well, and... Read more

Opening with a bang, Turning Point casts you as a regular, all American scaffold worker, who happens to be on the job when Hitler comes to town. Flanked by zeppelins, experimental aircraft and Nazi paratroopers, it's a mad dash to street level whilst discovering your ability to turn from manual labourer to killing machine. Despite the scale of what's occurring it's pretty obvious from the start that Turning Point isn't going to be remembered as a classic. The controls... Read more
Not exactly bad, but... Dodgy Ai, poo hit detection and a bug on the penultimate level, marks it down. Linear gameplay with some narrative, but the clever premise is wasted really... Haven't tried MP, but single player campaign was mildly enjoyable. Worth getting from Boomerang, but not worth buying IMHO. Read more

Fun: This review is from: Turning Point: Fall Of Liberty (Xbox 360) (Video Game) Sorry, but this is not bad. Yes, it does feel like a PS2 game, but the look is good, and the plan is fine, and the story board is thoghtful. Do not expect COD or MOH standard, but it is a bit of fun. Some of the whiny, hysterical reviews here only convince me that some gamers need to get out and chill once in a while. Comment (1) Read more
Look I bought this game after reading all the reviews. I figured for ten bucks I cant lose. Its like buying a pack of cigarettes for hells sake. I have a bad habit of changing game VERY quickly. And ever since I met my hero Gordon Freeman I always seem to buy a new game then if it doesnt intrigue me quickly stopping and going back to my Madden or baseball or Gordon. This was one of those game. I had NO problem with the aiming in this game and I love the premise but the... Read more
