List All 8 Prices1 Comments Let's face it, most of us have tried skateboarding at one time or another. For the majority of us, the experience was short-lived; a moment of exhilaration followed by the ignominy of falling off, shredding skin then watching enviously from a window as some lank-haired git nailed effortless Ollies while mum rubbed Savlon onto our scuffed elbows. Last year, the undisputed king of skater games well and truly lost his crown. Tony Hawk had to stand to one side to let EA's brand new franchise Skate, grind into the coveted top spot. The reason was pretty simple, in 2008, apart from a dire DS outing, Tony Hawk just didn't show up - there was no Tony Hawk game. Tricks actually take time to master, and you can sit at a spot for quite a while and dial in tricks just like you would on... Read more

Now, for those of you who can't remember this period of time, gaming was taking huge leaps, and all you had to do for Mr Hawk was press a button, then another button and hey presto! You'd done a 360 mega combo back flip with cheese! OK, maybe not cheese, but you get my point, the controls were simple and very easy to master. Enter... Read more
