   If you’re a fan of the genre and are tired with the lack of decent RPG’s on the Xbox 360 then you can’t go wrong with Lost Odyssey. Brilliantly written, atmospheric with an intriguing plot that will keep you hooked till the end. We eagerly await Mistwalkers next release in the series. Read more

   4 Comments The problem, as far as we can see it, is that as Xbox 360 owners, we're spoilt. A five-month onslaught of gaming delights and expectation levels have reached an all-time high. It might explain our initial deflation that comes the first few hours into Lost Odyssey. After a scorching prologue, this J-RPG stumbles, and it is not until the first plot twist and boss battle that it regains its confident stride. The term 'slow burner' has never been so apt.    Conclusion: I'm glad I played it, I suppose, for it moved me. The game is absolutely wonderful at times. At other times it is absolutely awful, frustrating and uninspiring and way too difficult in combat. Better get used to seeing "Game Over" often and then try to load from a previous save. Yes, that's right, the game has limited save points so you will have to go through all of that 20 level cavern again just to beat the boss. Read more
