A first-person shooter video game, Battlefield 3 is published by Electronic Arts and developed by EA Digital Illusions CE. This shooting game is set to be released in 2011 for Xbox 360. Battlefield 3 is a sequel to the previous game Battlefield 2 and is the twelfth title in the Battlefield series.

Features

In this shooting game, Battlefield 3 takes place in various places which include Tehran, Paris, New York and Sulayaniyah. This game features many mode which could be chosen by the players that is single-player, co-operative mode and multiplayer modes. Other than that, this game reintroduced some elements that were absent from the Bad Company games such as the prone position, fighter jets and 24-player battles. A new animation system has been included in the game allowing the players to drag fallen comrades into safety places as well as increasing their weapons. Moreover, Battlefield 3 features a new type of character animation technology known as ANT. This character animation technology enables the players to create a more realistic and real soldier plus allowing the characters in the game to appear more flexible and actual with the ability to transition into a cover as well as making the characters’ heads turn before their body. Also, Dice’s new Frostbite 2 engine will be available in this game as it realistically shows how buildings could collapse during an earthquake turning into a pile of smoke and debris. An RPG in the game could be used to hit a building plus cause ripple splash damage. Urban streets, downtown areas, metropolitan and open landscaped will be covered by video game, Battlefield 3. In addition, the single player would be slightly different as the single player campaign would take place in the future years of 2014.
