See moreTable Tennis is about playing a challenging ping-pong game. Therefore one can experience the ping-pong game as if it is a realistic game. The players will actually experience sweating. Tennis is one of the good experience Wii sports game. The Wii-specific control is trying to divide the distinction of the gameplay styles between the Virtua Tennis and Wii Sports tennis. The Wii remote is used to aim your shot at the screen by swinging the remote left, right, up and down. The control scheme controls all the player movement. The other control scheme gives Nunchuk a more power to control some specific actions. The control freak option uses an analog stick on the Nunchuk for the movement, and the sharp shooter allows for more thorough control over ball placement. The advantage of this game is that it has 3 different and functional control schemes. And it has a great sound design. The disadvantages are short gameplay modes, and the control motion doesn’t appear to be perceptible. Some players found that the presentation of the game was unclear and a bit boring. Viewers find this game quite challenging especially those who like to play Table Tennis. Others find it dull as they are not passionate about this game.
See lessNot as good as the game should have been, in fact it is nowhere near as good as it could have been. If you already have Table Tennis on the 360 then don't bother with the Wii version. Gameplay is pretty weak and the controls really let the game down, the Wii is all about having fun and being a little bit livelier than usual when playing games, Table Tennis after 5 minutes is neither. There are loads of training exercises to hone your craft and there is both a tournament and exhibition made with lots to unlock. Easy to pick up and play, hard to put down. Rockstar still have that Midas touch. Read more
A decent effort by Rockstar. More could have been done, and it doesn't have the tangible appeal of Wii Sports in the control department, but for a more traditional sports release with some motion based bells and whistles, it's not too bad. Read more
Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis on the Wii feels like some kind of parable for developers porting existing games to the Wii. Even if your game seems tailor-made for the platform and the genre in question has seen previous success there, as was the case with Table Tennis, it's never a sure thing. Read more
How anyone can copmpare this to Wii sports is beyond me. This is much better, with more control and representing a real challenge. Equally, this is no gym replacement! LOL The best thing to do is to dive straight into the tournaments. It took me a while to get used to the controls, and not without frustration. But after a while they become second nature; then the fun really starts. The key to this game is to watch the other player - as you would in real life. Their... Read more

I cant really imagine a much better game of table tennis being made. Graphics really good, very fast gameplay & great fun to play. Only downside,as a left handed, there is not an option to play this way. Nevertheless it is just as easy to play right handed. Recommended Read more
