For a little Italian plumber, Mario hasn't half-done well and that's because Nintendo's quality bar has been continually high for its most iconic of characters. The Japanese developers work hard to ensure that Mario is popped into games of the utmost quality, whether they be platformers or kart racers. So when Super Mario Galaxy 2 was announced there was a lot of exceitement. We'd already played the previous incarnation of this new series in 2007 and been utterly... Read more
Super Mario Galaxy 2 flirts with perfection in ways which so few games ever do; it dances on the precipice of unadulterated nirvana, confident and assured of its greatness. In short, it is a game which is impossible to dislike unless you are one of the unfathomable and unfortunate beings unable to derive any enjoyment from the act of leaping, flipping and somersaulting over bottomless pits. This game expands on the series in THE right way. Nothing is miss leading from the ads as happens too often. If you like fun, there is no reason not to. Read more

A perfect game, haven't played one in years. Every possible and little flaw the first one had, this one corrected. Except a little something I personally don't like which is that the lives I collect are lost when I quit the game, even after saving. Anyway, Yoshi is awesome and his levels are the ones I most enjoy. Very fun game overall, always something new. Challeging but not too challenging. Anyone can play it, but not anyone can catch all the stars. But you don't need... Read more
Mario is like Gold. It doesn't decline much in value and sometimes it even goes up! Is it worth fifty bucks? Depends on how much you like Mario! I like him much better than lots of other stuff I see my nephew play! Read more
