Summary: Having had the product for a little while now, I find it to be superb. My previous vacuum cleaner was a bagged product, and had a powerful motor, yet having bought this product after my old cleaner finally broke down, I was surprised at how much dust this product picked up, and seemed to make light...
Summary: Upgrading from a resilient DC02 which survived relentless hoovering of plaster and grit from domestic building works I opted for another Dyson. This model chosen particularly because of its superior 1400W motor and, more importantly, 280 airwatts suction (the highest rating I could find and 25%...
Summary: After reading a few bad reviews on this Dyson I certainly had my concerns on it. People were saying that it was too heavy?? awkward to use?? had a small capacity?? and the best of all the lack of suction??????..... So I went home and put it to the test.
Summary: If you want a beautiful vacuum cleaner to look at, then the Dyson23 is your man. However just forget about it if you are hoping to do some serious cleaning round the house. In fact my 10 year-old Panasonic is doing a much better job!
Summary: The item number and type of vaccum cleaner matched. Easy to install. The brushbar makes a loud noise that wasn't there before. Hard to find replacement parts for older vaccums. Part is cheaper to buy than to purchase a new vaccum cleaner.
Summary: Somehow mine broke (the plastic gear inside one half of the original brush bar stripped out) and the motorhead would start for a second and then stop. All I had to do was remove the old one, see the plastic attachment point was stripped beyond repair, and order this one.
Summary: I'm sorry, but yeah, yeah, blah, blah. It's a Dyson. My wife pestered me forever to get a Dyson. I saw it cheap here on Amazon. Looked nice. OK hunny bunny, I just bought your Dyson! Oh, thank you dear..... It arrive and it's like two times bigger than what I thought it would be.
Excerpt: I have owned a DC23 for six years and it has stopped working. We did have a dog at the time we bought and it did suck up the hair well however the emptying of the contents is very messy and must be done often.
Summary: This is the worst vacuum ever. I will never purchase another dyson product again. I bought the pet one thinking it would pick up dog hair I am extremely disappointed. It just glides across the carpet and doesn't pick up anything definitely doesn't give carpets a good cleaning a broom picks up more.
