Pretty Good vacuum but the head leaves quite a bit to be desired

Summary: This vacuum overall is great. Its not very heavy and in my opinion has done a better job than my past uprights that i've bought at Sears(Not too fair of a comparison being on my past 2 vaccums i've only spent around $75-80 + extended warranty).
Summary: If this had cost $100-200, I might have given it two stars. If it had cost less than $100, I might have given it three. It worked great for the first couple of months, but eventually, even with regular cleaning of the filter, it just couldn't maintain enough suction to keep the spinner heads...
Summary: The Dyson works well when it is running, but the power head has failed within 12 months of use; and that with only one carpet to clean! When it is being used the wand design feels cumbersome, a little difficult to control for someone of slight build.
Summary: I gave my old Dyson to my kids and got this model for my place that is all tile. It does the excellent job I expected it to do. The head & wand is a great design. Turning the brush on/off works so easy. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, the 1/2 star ding is because the hose is a bit to short,
Excerpt: Very lightweight and powerful vacuum.ManeuverabilityVery easy to move across carpet or hardwood.Ease of MaintenanceIt is a little messy to empty as most bagless vacuums are as well.Suction PerformanceAmazing suction from a small vacuum.
Summary: My husband and I were skeptical about spending $300+ on a vacuum, but we're so glad we read the reviews and took the leap. We have three cats, one is a long hair. My old upright just moved the dirt from one place to another. The first time I used my new Dyson I had to empty the bin three times!
