The Sony KDL-32D3000 comes from the award-winning Bravia range. It has some of the most appetising technologies currently available to flat screen HDTVs such as 24 fps compatibility, 100Hz motion rendering, and 10-bit colour depth. Measuring at 32-inch, the D3000 manages to fulfil the promises touted in the brochure and press release, as it is said, surely the Sony KDL32D3000 would have no difficulty ruling the 32-inch roost. The most significant feature addition is Motion Flow+ 100Hz, a processing system based around the 100Hz approach to making moving objects look crisper and smoother as they travel across the screen. Its provisions of three HDMIs have also been well appreciated by its reviewers and users. It is said that the only disappointment that this set has is its obvious omission of 1920x1080 panel resolution, as Sony seeks to rely on the established W2000 and X2000 series in flying the "1080p full HD" flag. Some of its drawbacks are the fact that it’s expensive and its motion portrayal is not as good as that of its particular rival. The HDMIs has the ability to take in 1080p/24fps feeds commonly found on HD film discs. Few facts that have been appreciated by its consumers are the good colours it displays, its impressive black levels, great connectivity and lastly, its full bags of features.

Black levels also hit the mark, often a problem for LCD TVs, and the TV’s backlight is also adjustable, so you can get strong blacks without greying over in the dark. The colour palette is also top drawer, with particular accolades going to the realistic tones of reds and greens – again often the bugbear of many an LCD TV. All in all, it’s a confident high-definition performance. Read more

It's fair to say that Sony hasn't done things by halves with the Bravia KDL-32D3000, its latest 32-inch TV. It really seems to have left no stone unturned in its quest for picture perfection. Let me start by saying that i spent a VERY LONG TIME researching various HD televisions before i purchased the 32" D3000. Seriously, i actually started to become obsessed! It came down to either this model or the 40" W3000. The reason i picked this model was because some of the features on the W3000 were pretty pointless... namely the x.v. colour feature. This is because the only hardware that currently supports this are the next-generation camcorders. Granted, the W3000... Read more
