Excerpt: I bought Samsung’s PS51D6900 TV when my Grandma died and left me some money. We wanted a 51in plasma TV that fitted on the wall. It's an excellent television that has Active 3D built in. You only get one pair of 3D glasses included, but it is very good. There is Full HD resolution.
Pros: Very good features, excellent quality and value for money .
Summary: I purchased this TV having done a lot of research and looked around all the major retailers at what the various manufacturers had to offer. I've now owned it a couple of weeks and have been really impressed - a big improvement over my previous Sony Bravia full HD LCD.
Summary: Like everyone else, I spent quite some time reading and researching which television I should buy. I gave myself some loose criteria which were at least 50", Plasma and that I was going to give 3D a go. After a close brush with buying a Panasonic (hate it when people say Panny!
Summary: + Exceptionally good 2D picture (SD and HD) + Very good 3D picture + Unnoticeable image retention + Lots of functionalities + One of the best quality/price product on the market - Gets quite hot - Buzzing noise - City Link who was in charge of delivering the TV provide an exceptionally poor service.
Summary: I sold my 5 year old 40" JVC LCD and replaced it with this unit. I did review others' feedback plus bought a magazine before deciding. I am convinced this was a great selection. The picture quality is excellent.
Summary: I didn't buy this television, so this is really just an observation having researched the product via the web. The AV Forums is full of knowledgeable customers, many of whom complain that the system does not have iplayer from BBC or the Websurfer.
