Summary: This is a fine TV with a great picture, sound quality is good but like all these flat screens the sound is better through external speakers. The set has 'freeview' but not 'freeview HD' so I made a bit of a mistake perhaps not realising that it does not give a full HD picture from the normal free to air HD channels.
Summary: what a fab piece of kit! read all the reviews on here and also on another couple sites, and if anything, this telly gets 99% positive reviews. ive had it for 2 months now, and it just fits the criteria for what a family man or a batchelor would want for watching films, tellevision and also using the xbox 360slim on it.
Summary: When I first saw this TV it had everything that I was looking for at the right price. After spending a few weeks shopping around and reading reviews,I came back to it and took the plunge. I am glad that I did. It,s a heavy piece of kit but I managed to get it all set up on my own. The picture in SD or HD is superb and I have now added a Panasonic Blue Ray Home Theatre system which has given me the icing on the cake.
Summary: I purchased this 50" plasma for several good reasons,(1) I have had a 42" panny for quite a long time now and its given us really good service over the years and still does my daughter now has it for her kinect games with the x-box. (2)The 50" was a real bargain coming in at under £600.
Summary: Arrived in good time & worked straight out of the box set up was a doddle (it basically does it all itself) Hooked up all my peripherals (sky HD box WD media player etc)& all worked no problem brilliant picture especially on freeview HD crystal clear. I also own a samsung 42"plasma but the panasonic has the edge with both picture & audio Volume could be better as i feel with these big sets volume could & should have a bit more oomph however as previously stated it has...
Summary: This TV does everything specified. I have cable TV and HD programmes are exceptional. Quality of picture is better than I expected even with sports. The nature programmes, especially, bring out the true strengths of this TV Set up was easy with instructions supplied. The difference between 32" and 50" is unbelievable. I was a little worried about the difference between LCD and plasma but, personally,I think it's better. Would definately recommend this product.
Great Picture Quality from a previously owned HD Ready Plasma 42"

Summary: I must admit I take reviews with a pinch of salt but I spent 2 weeks analysing them and other Plasma TV reviews and eventually bought this TV. Wow, I am impressed. You have to bear in mind I have been using a 42" Panasonic Plasma HD Ready TV with lines down the middle for the past 3 years, so 50" proper HD is something likely to impress anyone.
