The Asus Eee Pad Transformer is a tablet PC that features a 10.1” capacitive touch-screen, and provides users with the platform to enjoy multimedia while on the move. It also gives them the means to access the web, email and other productivity applications. The tablet PC also features a custom user interface that provides access to Android® 3.0 operating system, NVIDIA® Tegra™ 2 chipset for full support for Adobe Flash, HD video conferencing and playback, optimized web experience and mobile gaming performance.

Features

The Asus Eee Pad Transformer also comes with an optional docking station that turns the Transformer into a notebook with a QWERTY keyboard for desktop use. The dock also extends the battery life of the tablet to up to 16 hours. The tablet also features a front 1.2-megapixel camera as well as a rear 5MP digital camera that supports video chat and digital photography. Users can stay in contact with friends and family via video chat, or upload images or videos captured to their social networking sites to keep them up-to-date. The Transformer also features a built-in mini-HDMI port that allows users to connect the tablet to an external display to show content in full 1080p HD video playback.
