The Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion Series is a sound card from Creative with 96 kHz sample rate (24-bit Analog-to-Digital conversion of analog inputs), 96kHz to analog 7.1 speaker output (24-bit Digital-to-Analog conversion of digital sources), 192kHz to stereo output (24-bit Digital-to-Analog conversion of stereo digital sources) and 8, 11.025, 16, 22.05, 24, 32, 44.1, 48 and 96kHz 16-bit to 24-bit recording sampling rates. The sound card supports 16bit/44.1kHz, 16-bit/48 kHz, 24-bit/44.1kHz 24-bit/48kHz and 24-bit/96kHz with direct monitoring for ASIO 2.0 and has up to 24-bit resolution Enhanced SoundFont support. It has 64MB X-RAM, 109 dB signal-to-noise ratio (20 kHz Low-pass filter, A-Weighted) stereo output, 109dB Front and Rear Channels/Center, Subwoofer and Side Channels output, with 0.004% THD at 1kHz (20kHz Low-pass filter). Its frequency response is less than 10Hz to 46 kHz at 96kHz input (-3dB, 24-bit) and less than 10Hz to 88kHz (Stereo only) at 192kHz input. On-board connectivity is via a shared 1/8 inch mini jack (microphone/line-in/digital out), 3x 1/8 inch mini jacks Line level out (Front / Rear / Center / Subwoofer / Rear Center), internal line-level analog input via 4-pin Molex connector and X-Fi I/O console upgrade connection (26 pin). It has 2 x RCA jacks coaxial SPDIF input and output, 2 x RCA jacks auxiliary input, 2 x Optical connectors for optical SPDIF input and output, 2 x mini MIDI female connectors for MIDI input and output, headphone output and volume control via 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) stereo jack and shared line-level analog Line/Microphone input via 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) stereo jack.
