Buy with confidence

Steve Cookson, Amazon
27 March 2015
  • Summary: This router seems to do all that it claims to do. From the box it's pretty much plug and play, with the exception of setting a passcode. The instruction leaflet could be clearer, but this doesn't really amount to a problem, and I was up and running in a few minutes, including connecting a second...

Why can't all manufacturers have straightforward updating processes like Microsoft, Google

M. READE, Amazon
11 November 2014
  • Summary: Not reliable for use with Windows 8/8.1 in its supplied form. The signal simply drops out after a few minutes when using a mobile broadband dongle. There might be a software/firmware update to help with this problem but the TP-Link website is incomprehensible.

Good affordable solution for turning a 3G dongle into a home Wifi solution. Although there are better devices out there

Huw D "Ddraig1976", Amazon
2 November 2014
  • Summary: A great device and worked well with my Three 3G Dongle. Sadly our internet connection would drop out and we had to repower the device multiple times. It also wouldn't work with the most recent dongle devices from Three. We wanted to upgrade to 4G but the dongle wouldn't work.

woz, Amazon
6 October 2014
  • Summary: This is a good product and it DOES work with the Huawei E367, however, it took me 3 hours of investigative googling to find out how to set it up. The instructions are adequate but i had a problem with the settings of my laptop to even get to the stage of following the instructions for the TP link...

fiffer, Amazon
17 July 2014
  • Summary: works fine with an older usb modem, recognised right away. if u have an unlocked usb modem let say vodafone and wanna use it O2 card in laptop wont work because u don't have the software which is using the modem, but with this u don't need the software, the router`s firmware will do it.

Paul A Smith, Amazon
22 May 2014
  • Summary: Using this box as a basic, reasonably priced N access point. Easy to configure as such, sturdy and reliable with the possibility of being used as a backup/emergency router I need it. Runs cold when used as access point.

Highly recommended!

john18, Amazon

  • Summary: I use a 4g usb modem connected to this as my main internet connection for the house. Having the 4 ethernet ports is really handy as i have my sky box and NAS connected up along with my laptop and two tablets connected wirelessly. Works really well and so far no problems at all.
