Summary: Works Brilliant and I love the 5ghz on my iPhone it's almost the speed of a wired connection. I always use Netgear routers I've had others in the past but Netgears are no.1 for me, working great with Plusnet Fibre Extra currently running at 80/20 The router was very Big, so I did have to remove a...
Summary: Was working just fine for about a year. Then an official Netgear support email arrived urging me to do a firmware upgrade. Result? The router is now dead! Netgear refuses to troubleshoot unless I cough an exorbitant amount of money.
Summary: Another good reliable Netgear wifi hub. I use it to cover a downstairs area of about 300 sq metres and don't lose signal in any of that area even though I have put it at the far end of the house.
Summary: Don't make the mistake I did, and think "I need a new router, so I'll order one." It wasn't until I sat down with the instruction book, and read the first step - "unplug your modem" that I realised what I need is a modem-router, and not what this is, a plain router.
Summary: Works extremely well and it is very easy to set up. The packaging shows no support for windows 7 or 8 and the easy work around here is to not use the CD and manually change/set up the options needed via the admin page.
Summary: Cant praise the Netgear wiFi extender enough. Firstly Amazon were incredible delivered the item within 2 days. I have a Virgin media wireless Superhub which offers a good wireless signal in nearly all of my flat, however there is a flat spot which gived poor reception.
Summary: This router was supplied by my ISP when I upgraded my broadband connection to the 20MB "Fibre to the Cabinet" service. Previously I had been using a Belkin modem router that provided a good 811n wireless signal throughout the house from my office which is on the first floor.
