Summary: I moved, so I didn't need it anymore as I was moving to a non-Virgin area, but, while I had it, I had good speed, reliable connection & was easy to setup. I really can't see what these 1-star guys are talking about, for me, it was the best router I'd own & believe me, I've own some rubbish.
Summary: The signal keeps dropping. It worked fine for a couple of months but now it has to be switched on and off every two hours or so for the signal to reach mobile devices, even if they are in the same room as the router!
Summary: I purchased this replacement power supply after my Netgear WNR2000 stopped working - given the cost of replacing the PSU compared to the cost of a new router I figured it was worth the gamble. The replacement arrived quickly - and worked straight out of the box - bringing my router back to life, much to my relief!
Summary: Works extremely well and it is very easy to set up. The packaging shows no support for windows 7 or 8 and the easy work around here is to not use the CD and manually change/set up the options needed via the admin page. The box did not have a european plug in it and after talking to the seller, they apologised and reassured me that it is not normal for that to happen and dispatched a suitable plug to fix the issue so top notch to them too
Summary: Had this 2 years and have the same continuous problem. Every now and again (once a week) you cannot connect wirelessly. You can see the said in list when searching but it won't connect. Answer is to turn off and on the netgear router, then it all works again - for a few days! Why bother? For same money you can get one that works all the time. Wasted my money. Going to bin it.
Summary: Cant praise the Netgear wiFi extender enough. Firstly Amazon were incredible delivered the item within 2 days. I have a Virgin media wireless Superhub which offers a good wireless signal in nearly all of my flat, however there is a flat spot which gived poor reception. I decided, after much research, to try the Netgear WN2000RPTv2. Out of the box plugged into mains press the WPS button on the extender then the WPS on my superhub, hey presto they connected.
