Netgear DGND3300 v2

CNET
6 October 2010
  • Summary: Netgear's DGND3300 will best suit new networking users thanks to its helpful interface. Wireless performance is acceptable, but its configuration limitations are of concern for power users, and for the price we'd expect gigabit Ethernet.
  • Pros: Most helpful web UI we've used, Wireless performance is decent, especially at close range, Big WPS button and automatic firmware update checking should make things a little easier for new users
  • Cons: Lack of control over wireless configuration, 2.4GHz only offered in 802.11g if you enable 5GHz radio, For the price, we'd expect gigabit Ethernet

An all-in-one ADSL2+ modem/router with dual-band wireless networking

Good Gear Guide.au
9 September 2010
  • Excerpt: Netgear’s RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N Modem Router (DGND3300v2) is an all-in-one wireless router with a built in ADSL2+ modem. It has a dual-band capability that allows it to run 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks simultaneously; this can be a very useful feature if you want to separate video streaming traffic from the rest of your network, for example.
  • Pros: Easy to set up and use, fast wireless performance over a long distance, effective Internet filter, useful ReadyShare USB 2.0 storage port
  • Cons: Slightly slow ADSL2+ performance, 2.4GHz 802.11n devices won't run at full speed when the 5GHz network is enabled

Netgear DGND3300-100PES

pcworld.pl
21 December 2010
