Summary: Over the past five years we've had more than our fair share of buggys/prams/pushchairs but the Mountain Buggy has far outshone any of the others. With a disabled 3 year old and new baby, I needed a double that would be big enough to accomodate my daughter until she was six. The Phil & Teds was far too cramped and the Out and About didn't have any footroom. This was the only buggy I tested that had the growing room and still has plenty two years later.
Pros: Lightweight, robust, individual seating positions, very easy to manouver, adjustable handle
Summary: I absolutely love my Mountain Buggy Double pushchair. I purchased this pushchair when my son was born and my daughter was 15 months old and too young to walk everywhere. The advantages for me are that the seats are nice and comfortable and both passengers have plenty of room. The seats are reclined using a strap at the back of each seat, so you don't have to use pre-set positions you can recline it exactely to the point you want.
Pros: Fantastic all terrain pushchair, comfortable and easy to steer
Cons: Bit pricey. Need plenty of room in the boot of your car
Excerpt: OK I admit, I haven't owned any other double stroller; BUT this one is awesome! It is durable, SO easy to push, can handle daily long walks & fits a weeks' worth of groceries and two kids. It fits in stores, & through single doorways. It was worth every penny. My only beef is getting it in/out of the car, it's pretty heavy but I imagine every double is.
Summary: I BOUGHT THIS STROLLER FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. VERY EASY TO PUSH AND MANIPULATE AND FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD GRAN DAUGHTER TO CLAMBER IN AND OUT OF. MY DAUGHTER HAS SINCE PURCHASED A MESH SCREEN/SUN SHIELD AND THIS WORKS WELL AS SHE LIVES IN NORTHERN VICTORIA WHERE IT GETS VERY HOT. THE KIDS LOVE IT ON LONG WALKS BY THE LAKE.A REAL RIPPER.
Summary: We believe the Mountain Buggy Urban Double Stroller is the top of the line in double strollers. It has pump up tyres with front swivel wheels but the really impressive thing is that each child can have an individual liedown setting. This suits us as one child is 2 1/2 and the other 3 months. Underneath is a very generous storage area besides a drink holder on the handle. The wet weather cover is also impressive.
Summary: Its a good Pram for use but the problem is it takes lot of space. My car boot is big enough but this one can't fit. The other thing its hardly fits in the aisles of small shops but for the Big stores its Good.
Looks good, Feels good, built to last, good investment for twins/ siblings

Summary: Similar to a phil and teds double although not as much head room for taller kids. Easy to push and fold up but does take up lots of boot room (but its a double so thats just what you get). Solid frame, good for kids 0-4ish. It has a peek a boo window in the sun cover which is handy, the seatbelts are easy to use, lots of extra hidey holes to store things on the pram.
