The PSP version of Full Auto 2: Battlelines lives up to its commitment of a destructive high speed combat racing. The game offers a variety of arena-combat and racing-combat modes with 15 customizable vehicles fitted with a range of fiery weapons. Among the vehicles, 9 of them are new to the PSP system version. It offers a new career storyline with multiple modes, objectives and destructive weapons. The game offers plenty of single-player and multi-player races via ad hoc including Head-On, Down & Black, as well as Arena Deathmatch modes. The demolition of city is undertaken through strategically timed missiles to bring down buildings and starting other fiery chain reactions. The winning conditions of the game are different from other racing games – winning the game either depends upon the points you have earned while destroying the opponents or the havoc you have done in demolishing the city. The framerate of the game is fairly solid although not impressive. The graphics are, however, not admirable although the cars are praise worthy. One major drawback is the loading time which becomes a cause for frustration. The game stands out in the area of soundtrack which is pleasing enough along with high quality sound effects. The game can be termed as an average one that provides satisfaction in the pursuit of violence but there is nothing new and exciting about this gaming experience.
