The Panasonic PT-AX200 is a home entertainment projector. It is suitable for watching sports events or playing video games in day time conditions as well as for viewing movies in a dark room. It has a dimension of 395 x 112 x 300 mm and weighs about 4.9 kg. The Panasonic PT-AX200 can operate in an environment with a temperature of between 0ºC to 40ºC, with a humidity of 20% to 80%.

The Panasonic PT-AX200 uses a 100-240 V AC, 50/60Hz power supply and has a power consumption of 290W when in use and approximately 0.08W when on standby with fan stopped. The LCD panel is of a 0.7” size measured diagonally and has an aspect ratio of 16:9. It uses a transparent LCD panel (x3, R/G/B) display method, with a resolution of 921,600 (1280 x 720) (1920 x 1080 [pixels with compression) x 3 (in total, 2,764,800) pixels. The lens has manual zoom (2x), manual focus (F 1.9-3.1, f 21.7mm-43.1mm).The Panasonic PT-AX200 uses a high-voltage mercury lamp that contains high internal pressure, which is a 220 W UHM lamp. It has a brightness of 2000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 6000:1 (full on/full off). It has a YPBPR signal compatibility of 480i (525i), 480p (525p), 576i (625i), 576p (625p), 720 (750)/50p, 720 (750)/60p,1080 (1125)/24p, 1080 (1125)/50i, 1080 (1125)/50p, 1080 (1125)/60i, (1080 (1125)/60p. The optical axis shift is ±25% horizontally and ±63% vertically. Keystone correction range is approximately ±30º. The Panasonic PT-AX200 has a few terminals including S-Video In (Mini DIN 4-pin), Video In (RCA pin), Computer In (D-sub HD 15-pin [female]), component in (RCA pin), HDMI in (HDMI connector) and Serial (Mini DIN 8-pin). The package includes power cord, wireless remote control unit and batteries for remote control (UM-3x2).
