  • Printer is dead--error code 001B

    After changing the toner, all panel lights flash and the remote panel utility reports MACHINE TROUBLE SERVICE CALL(001B). The toner cartridge went in fine, no forcing. I can remove and reinstall it but I can't rotate the toner to access the other cartridges.

  • Printing on card problems

    Hi, I've got a brand new Konica Magicolour 1600W. I'm trying to print on A6 300gsm card. I've tried the plain paper, postcard and both thick stock settings. Every sheet is coming out with the leading edge munched, creased, dented and pretty much unusable. Anyone know how to get around this problem? Thanks
