Easy to set up, cheap to run overall a great printer
3 weeks ago
Summary: Bought to replace an hp inkjet printer that stopped working after 6 years. Instructions were clear enough but some of the pictures could have been a bit better. I connected this printer to one desktop, 2 laptops, 2 iPads and an iPhone quite easily following the HP guide and on screen instructions after connecting to the wireless network. Pros Can print from anywhere around ten house very quickly. Compact design Good quality printing - quick and quiet enough.
Summary: Far superior to the ink jet printers with multiple cartridges that need changing even when black is the main colour used. The manufacturers have found ways to make your life hell and try demanding that you change ALL the cartridges at the same time. This type of printer lasts for ages especially with the cheaper substitute black ink cartridges.
Print is good but cheap and lightweight, regularly resetting IP

Summary: Prints fine except when using glossy paper for multiple printing it pulls 2 at a time and then jams. Set up was easy, but then various devices ipad etc couldn't not pick up the IP address , so set again and worked for a while then faffing around regularly setting wifi up again. The device had to be on to print, so in another room you have to get up, switch it off standby when you would expect the print command to do this for you. Cheap plastic feel all over.
Excellent print. Wireless is fantastic and excellent print quality

Summary: Yet to find a problem! Wireless is perfect. Print quality is very good and even eprint is working without issue. Only thing I have found is a little strange is if I print something that is in colour it either spends about 10mins proccessing what I sent or prints a blank page. (before anyone says it, I know its a mono printer but my old laser would just adjust it to greyscale and then print and take longer than a black and white document).
