Great value for money

  • Summary: I required a printer for bulk infrequent printing. I didn't need a scanner or colour, so this fitted the bill. I needed to print from numerous devices through the wifi which works well. Email printing is a bit hit and miss, but i didn't buy it for this feature. Installed fine on my old work netbook, most modern printers don't work with this. Just make sure you enter the wifi password manually in the setup.

  • Summary: The printer is good, but the set up is shocking. It is sold compatible to use Air print with iPad. However you have to set this up using a computer or laptop. The printer also had to be reconfigured to accept the Air Drop. I didn't have a clue how to do any of this as not straight forward. Had my brother not been an IT tecky this Printer would have definitely gone back. Why sell something stating it will work straight from iPad when clearly it will not!

  • Summary: I bought this printer on the strength of the brand and the fact that I use HP laser jet at work and never have had any problems. However this is possibly the worst printer I have had. It arrived and immediately started printing totally black pages. This is a common fault I have since found with this printer. However I eventually managed to get it to work and decided...

  • Summary: This is a fantastic model. Easy to use, easy to install, brilliant print quality, fast and absolutely ideal for small office use. Its glossy black exterior looks very sleek and modern. Cartridges are easy to install and I can't fault the product. Highly Recommended.

Better than imagined - and certainly better than reviews here indicate!

  • Summary: This is a really neat little printer, and in spite of previous comments here I got it working quickly and easily with my MacBook Air and OS X Mavericks 10.9.2. - details below. No need for a Windows laptop or a USB cable or anything other than five minutes of your time, if you have the right kind of router. I decided on this model after a lot of looking around.

  • Summary: Working well. By using direct connect to my computer, it is working well. No paper jamming. But always paper's edge comes out with rounded little bit.

Just a great value, basic printer!

  • Summary: I have decided to finally do my trusty printer justice by reviewing it on here. I bought this as a cheap printer to use at University expecting it to see me through my first year. But it has lasted me the three years without a hiccup! It's fast and easy to use for those who know very little about computers (i.e me). Mine does spew a little bit of smoke every time it prints but it seems to have had no negative effect.

Refreshingly reliable after my deskjet

  • Summary: If all you require is reliable black/white printing, then look no further. Very tolerant of long periods out of use, and seems to use no toner. I bought a replacement cartridge (cheap if you research the right alternative supplier), but after a couple of years use at a few sheets a week, I'm still using the originally-supplied, low-capacity cartridge! A wireless version is available for those who require it.

this is the worst piece of trash...

  • Summary: its ability to stay on the network and print makes it worthless... buy the USB direct connect printer... that is unless you enjoy reconfiguring this thing...
