Summary: Old computer power supply died. Bought this with some trepidation - didn't know how easy swapping them would be: everything lined-up, all cables and connectors matched and, when I pushed the button, everything worked! Very quiet fan, very VERY stable power (using SpeedFan to monitor Voltage) and low to no heat coming off the unit. Powering 3 hard drives, a graphics card, 2 Optical drives and 2 large case fans and no hiccups after nearly a month of operation. Recommended!
Modular design is flexible. Fan is quiet but not silent.

Summary: It is the quietest power supply I own. It performs acceptably in my home theater PC, but the fan can become objectionably audible in this setting if the heat rises (such as when converting video, or when someone obstructs the vents of the equipment cabinet). If given the choice again, however, I would go for a fan-less power supply for the home theater PC and put this power supply in my workhorse tower PC.
Summary: Installation was easy in my Antec case and the wires are all just long enough to reach around for me, not a lot of clutter in my box. Nice and quiet, my other fans actually make enough hum that I can't hear this at all when I'm running. I have an i7 and a Radeon 6770 in there also, no issues with power output that I can see.
