Sony ICF-SW7600GR is a compact and portable FM stereo multi-band world band receiver radio. It enables user to tune into FM stereo as well as LW, MW (AM) and SW. Its main features include 10-key Direct Access tuning, PLL Quartz frequency-synthesized tuning, synchronous detection circuitry, SSB (Single Side Band), auto scan tuning, Dual Standby and World Time clock/dual clock.

Features

The ICF-SW7600GR features 10-key DIRECT ACCESS tuning letting user to capture distant stations directly. Besides that, it is built with LCD display that provides digital frequency read-out of the selected station. Hold button prevents accidental changes to preset station settings. Moreover, it features PLL Quartz frequency-synthesized tuning which provides accurate tuning and stability that reduces drift to a minimum. Synchronous detection circuitry reduces fading and annoying frequency interference from adjacent stations, as well as distortion due to fading in AM reception. Plus, it also features SSB (Single Side Band) reception that provides fine tuning and optimum multi-mode reception with reduced interference on the narrow AM band, for better overall sound. Also, 100-station memory presets lets user to tune into up to 100 stations saved in memory. 1 KHz tuning step allows fast, precise station reception. Furthermore, it features Dual Standby allowing user to set the alarm for two different wake-up times or two different radio stations. Plus, World Time clock/dual clock allows it to display the current time at various locations. It requires four AA batteries for power source. It comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
