His role is to hunt for an ancient artefact that is believed to be hidden somewhere on an uncultivated tropical island. The supporting characters in the game are Sully, your friend who is a cigar-chomping and troublesome and Elena, a TV reporter who divides her time between being your assistant and your damsel in sorrow. However, there are villains as well who are Nathan’s dry British counterpart and aggressive pirate captain. Nathan is a flashy-looking character in his filthy grey shirt and jeans. Most parts of the game take place in an opaque jungle environments and a diversity of ancient ruins. The advantages of this game are that the jungle environment s is attractive and Drake’s animations are truly naturalistic. Hence, the disadvantages are that the fire fights are simply annoying. For anyone so minded it would be easy to take pot shots at Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. It's linear, it's derivative and it's not especially difficult. When you're playing it, however, none of these things matter, because it's just a great game and the closest you'll get to an action adventure film on your PS3. With a quest of around ten hours to complete and replay value provided by three difficulty levels, sixty small treasures to find and bonus material to unlock, Nate... Read more
In the game, you play as Nathan Drake, a treasure hunter, who has to fight pirates, swing from wall to wall and solve puzzles. The game takes about 8 hours to complete on the first time around but it does have the best replay value of all the games on the PS3. Another great part... Read more

Gets repetative. i love shooters but this isn't all that good. I rented it and after an hour got bored and switched off. The graphics have nothing on other jungle based games like crysis. To be honest it just looks like a slightly improved far cry. None the less i'm sure some people will find this great fun.... Read more
