Haze is an extraordinary PS 3 game. It is mostly about military operations fighting here and there. You character played in the game is as Jake Carpenter who is a new soldier in the Mantel army. You are trying to fight for a good cause. This game is featured with high-tech arsenal of vehicles, fatal weapon, and performance enhancing the bio-medical support. Hence, the soldiers in this game are very strong that they are feared by terrorists, rulers, and the corporation`s political enemies. The war begins in South America where the conflict happens. There your mission is to fight a cruel rebel group, The Promise Hand. As the game moves on it gets more and more strange. The game is featured with 3 levels either from single player or cooperative campaign. Therefore, you will get to a lot of fascinating experiences. At the first level, you are carrying a task of a Mantel army who is going to battle the Promised Hand rebels in a jungle. At second stage, it is about an enormous vehicle based which is set in a pit. Lastly, the spoiler appeared and pitted us against the Mantel armies. Well, kindly to say that viewers loved this game. Players find it an adventurous game to play during weekends.

    Regardless of its name, it’s still clear to see Haze is a disappointing game based on a weak premise that has been half-heartedly realised. As a result it is all too easy to label it one of the greatest disappointments the industry has seen in the past few years. Read more

    In conclusion, Haze has to be one of the greatest, if not, the greatest disappointment to hit the PlayStation 3, simply because we have had to wait too long for a game that hasn't delivered the goods. There is no aspect of the game that massively shines, and the new futuristic ideas were shadowed by a poor AI system.     In the end, it seems that Haze is all about perspective, and a little slice of life imitating gaming. Some of those who'd been shooting up on pre-release Nectar had distorted Haze's world into a perfect one. The withdrawal symptoms they suffered when the saw the reality made them punish the game twice, once for not being brilliant and a second time for not living up to their lofty expectations.     You really have to wonder how it all ended up this dreadful, especially after all the time and resource Ubisoft and Free Radical expended telling people the opposite. The combat's weak, the storyline's excruciating, it's technically deficient - Haze really is this year's most significant gaming disappointment.     As Public Enemy, that hard hitting gangsta rap group from the 80's would have said, 'Don't believe the Hype'... Since way before this game's original release date of November 2007, it was touted as a console saving game and it would put the PS3 on the world stage, but thankfully this release date got pushed back and Drake's Fortune came out to save the day.
