The game features Niko performing new actions such as climbing telephone poles and fire escapes, pushing people who knock into him. It will also be possible to have multiple active missions, due to the fact that some missions will take many days and will require the player to wait for further instructions to be able to go on with the game. Mobile phones can be used to perform multiple actions. A version of the phone appears at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and a list of several commands is available to the player, such as "meet me here," and so on. Retrying a failed mission is also possible by accessing to the menu. The phone can also be used outside vehicles to listen to the radio. The player can take photos with the mobile phone and upload them to the police computer. According to reviewers the game can be basically played from beginning to end without a single load screen. The soundtrack has been described as “modern and suits the mood perfectly”. Actually no characters from the previous games are returning, as a lot of them are already dead.

A superb single-player story mode and online support for up to 16 players make this the best Grand Theft Auto game yet. Justin Calvert causes some serious mayhem in this video review for Grand Theft Auto IV. Not to be outdone by the Xbox 360 game's achievements system, the PS3 version of GTAIV now features trophy support. There are no fewer than 51 trophies to collect, including a platinum one that can only be earned by first getting the other 50. Read more

So, as you can see GTA IV is not perfect, but it is unlikely there will ever be a game we could fairly label with that heavy moniker. It is however an absolutely essential landmark title for the games industry. In terms of the sheer scope, emotion, ambition, and the stupidly high fun factor it offers, there is no better available in the genre today. In fact, no one else comes anywhere near. In truth, it’s seeing where Rockstar go next that should be getting people the... Read more

I may well have been slow to jump onboard the Grand Theft Auto 4 Hype Wagon, but I’m glad I finally hitched a ride. It’s certainly hit my must-buy list with the combined passion of a cranked up drive-by crew! Read more

These are the words of Niko Bellic, a troubled soul hailing from the eastern bloc, and the game's main protagonist who you control through the living breathing world of Liberty City. From the outset you can tell that this latest incarnation of Rockstar's epic Grand Theft Auto series is nothing short of spectacular. Read more

Grand Theft Auto IV builds on the game play that has worked so well for them in pass titles. The game still provides diverse missions and a huge amount of things to do. The graphics are great and the controls have a nice polish to them. The addition of online multiplayer makes the game that much more epic. I beat the game the other day and I must the story in this game is much better than the others. Read more

This game just blows me away the way the game just takes you to the life of crime is really good. The game interface is well setup. The graphics are very well it seems as though you are really there. I always like these type of games if you  want to kill everyone in sight you can do that. You have more options of going into stores and buying whatever. the missions are okay but there are plenty of sidemissions to keep you going. overall if i was to rate this game it... Read more
