Onimusha: Dawn of Dream is the fourth canonical instalment of Capcom’s Onimusha series. It is rated M (Mature) under ESRB rating and comes under the genre of action.

Features

Onimusha: Dawn of Dream focuses on a new protagonist, Soki (a.k.a. Yuki Hideyasu), the son of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Onimusha: Dawn of Dream utilises a complete 3D rendition of its environment rather than pre-rendered backdrops. Besides that, players can now control the camera for the most of the game. In addition to that, there is also a shop system that allows the player to purchase weapons that they can also upgrade along with valuable supplies such as medicine and accessories that convey a variety of benefits. Other than that, a second party member now finally accompanies the player which they can also switch to and control. During gameplay, the second character that is not under the control of the player can be issued commands via the directional buttons (for tactics) with the AI performing them to the best of its abilities.
