The Sony SRS-A201is a portable dual speaker system that is designed for your portable audio or PC solutions. The Sony SRS-A201 portable audio speaker solution comes with 2 speaker units that is magnetized and has a cable type connection. The Sony SRS-A201 speaker system measures at a width of 71 mm and a height measurement of 141 mm and at a depth of 91 mm in all and weighs at a total weight of 395 grams. The Sony SRS-A201 is supplied with accessories such as the included Sony SRS-A201 Manual, Sony SRS-A201 Warranty card, Sony SRS-A201 Customer Inquiry Card and the AC Adaptor (AC-ES608K3) customized for the Sony SRS-A201. The included cord length with the standard speaker unit measures at a length of 2 meters. The speaker has an output of 2 watts and has a frequency response of 150 Hz to 20 KHz. It features two analogue inputs for PC’s and Walkman’s and comes with a built in AC transformer and Auto power on and off functionalities.

Sony SRS-A201 portable dual speaker system has dual Stereo Output and each of the Sony SRS-A201 speakers is driven by a high-quality driver that gives the user a stereo sound that can be easily connected to any audio device with a 1/8" (3.5 mm) stereo minijack output. The Sony SRS-A201 has Accessible Controls that allows the user to adjust the built in Volume control which is placed directly on the speakers itself. This allows the user to adjust the volume directly without having to modify the volume settings on the desktop volume control of your computer. The Sony SRS-A201 all features an Auxiliary Input which is an input jack that is located near the speaker controls. With this function present it allows the user to immediately connect an MP3 player or any other portable that has an audio playback support straight to the speakers, via the dual speaker setup. The Sony SRS-A201 speaker system fully support a variety of application, and is fully recommended for Ideal applications such as a Computer for Gaming purposes as well as full support for Portable Media Players.

    Wanted a budget pair of speakers for my PC. After reviewing what was on the market and what could be bought 2nd hand from e-bay, I eventually settled on these Sony speakers, mainly persuaded by the price and the brand. I have not been disappointed. They are compact, match my pc unit and peripherals and produce an adequate quality of sound to support PC usage.     My laptops built in speakers are rubbish! I am not some great music aficionado who demands crystal clear sound and enough Bass to start a small earthquake. I purchased the SRS A201 purely driven on price and brand name and have been very with my happy with my purchase to date. They offer great value for money, sure they have their problems the leads are ridiculously short and it the seems that a mains connection must be within 10 inches to power them and if you crank up...     I never got to use the speakers to be truthful. There is something wrong with the sound card, I believe on my system. All I can say is they are nice looking small speakers, and the shipping was timely. They came packaged well also. Jeff Read more
