Logitech X-230 is a PC multimedia system that includes two satellites and a woofer.

Features

The X-230 features Frequency Directed Dual Drivers (FDD2) which produces balanced and uniform sound without inconsistent and uneven spots. Besides that, it also features real-time bass equalisation that maximise bass response and minimise distortion. Its ported subwoofer with 5¼ inch drivers allow user to enjoy deeper bass. Moreover, the satellite speakers are wall-mountable. The system also features a stereo headphone hack for the user to listen via headphone. The user able to controls volume and access power. This system is plug and play that easily connects to PCs, CD and MP3 players. The X-230 produces a total of 32 Watt of RMS which 12 Watt RMS generated by each satellites and 20 Watt RMS generated by subwoofer. Frequency response ranges from 40 to 20,000 Hertz. Satellite speaker measures 20.3 X 6.4 X 7.6 cm (height x width x depth) and subwoofer measures 22.9 x 15.2 x23.5 cm (height x width x depth). The system is compatible with PC/Mac, CD player, MP3 player, DVD player, PlayStation and Xbox. Its standard package includes two satellites, one subwoofer, colour-coded audio cables and a user manual. The X-230 comes with 2-year limited warranty.

    Logitech has really impressed us in recent times with the quality of its speaker systems.     At the price the Logitech X-230 speakers are of ourstanding quality. I had driven them from a range of high quality sources as well as from the PC and their performance allows me to hear the difference in source quality. I find the sub-woofer control does not go far enough to reduce the powerful bass performance but I have easily remedied this by rolling-up a flat sponge or sock etc. to block the cabinet port.     Logitech X-230 Multimedia Speaker System - 32 Watt (Total) (2.1) I am very pleaed with these speakers which do what is expected: however I was not pleased with the delivery. City Link took five days to deliver after a "one day" delivery commitment, they claimed to have attempted to have come to my house twice when I was at home on both days, and to "prove" their claims stated that their driver(s) had photographed my gate both times.     These speakers are amazing! the amount of bass this system can pump out is great for gaming, Drum'n' Bass music, watching films and many other various multimedia activity.
