Summary: Dragon Age 2 is the heroic dungeon crawling sequel for the Dragon Age Origins saga, but other than the title name "Dragon Age 2" the game is a lot different and smaller by comparison. (Don't get me wrong) This is not a bad game, but other than the improve graphics and combat play; Dragon Age 2 falls really short from the rich experience that was Dragon Age Origins.
Summary: To preface I have beaten Dragon Age on the computer. They took almost everything about Dragon Age I and ruined it in this game. Character dialogue is rehashed almost as much as the terrain and environment, you will see the same dungeon multiple times and it truly is game breaking, do not let anyone fool you. There are only so many times you can go on a fetch quest in the same dungeon.
Summary: I consider myself a casual gamer at this point in my life..... I enjoyed the first game. I have also enjoyed the Mass Effect games. Once I got over the fact that the results of the first game did not seem to transfer into the second in a tangible manner I assume they set some of the story line, but I could not really tell,) I found the game enjoyable. The game play is fine. But hings do get repetitive fairly quickly.
Summary: You know, like all the people here, I played the original Dragon Age and loved it to death. It's a rare game that will make me spend an entire Saturday night playing till the wee morning hours. I'm a big fan of that tactical Neverwinter Nights combat and the Original Dragon Age made it better. Fast Forward a paltry year later and we already have a sequel.
Summary: Well this game was definitely fun to play. The story was interestingly told and the characters are relatable and you get attached to them. It brings in an element that is not usually seen in rpgs which is the family. It is not as good as Dragon Age Origins, but still entertaining. Pro: Fun combat, makes you feel like you are not only in the middle of things but also extremely powerful.
Abyssal release for a what could have been a great franchise.

Summary: This doesn't feel like a Bioware game. I never known Bioware to rush a game before, but this just feels like it. There's no soul, boring story, and ridiculously dense characters. Only less than 5 minutes to convey the Champion's sorrow after the passing of his mother? I felt unconnected with him. Not to mention removing companion chat is the worst thing you can do to an RPG. I felt nothing for my companions, I don't know who they are, they lack depth.
Summary: i just got this mouse pad in the mail today and i have been using it for a few hours and it works amazingly well with my razer deathadder dragon age 2 mouse :) my mouse glides smoothly on this pad :)
Summary: Inspecting the box it does in fact say that it is "Dragon Age II". However, the consumer will be very confused after installing this game as it has just about nothing in common with it's predecessor. It you like detailed RPG's with a great story, highly customizable followers, exploring varied locations, tactical combat, and a great story then I'm very sorry to tell you that this is NOT that game.
