Pros: This is a great game despite the mediocre reviews. It doesn't deserve the really bad reviews on this site. I have played to completion on nightmare using all classes. Love trying out different builds. The fast pace action is great when you get better at it, but the pause is there if you need it. ...
Cons: Bioware could have made the storyline better in terms of continuity between Acts. For an RPG, you don't really get immersed into the 'role play' of your character as much. Graphics is good but could be better.
Summary: The first thing I have to say is, don't expect a sequel to Dragon Age: Origins in either gameplay or storyline. The only things this game has in common with the first are the world, and the producer.
Summary: the graphics are so much better than the first dragon age. the gamepaly is
different but awosome. it also allows you to load a saved game from origins and
awakings that affect your choices as it is the history the charater will live
in. a must have for the dragonage fans
Summary: You know, like all the people here, I played the original Dragon Age and loved it to death. It's a rare game that will make me spend an entire Saturday night playing till the wee morning hours. I'm a big fan of that tactical Neverwinter Nights combat and the Original Dragon Age made it better.
Summary: Another turd by previously-decent BioWare. I wonder if anyone's left there that actually likes RPGs? This is another phoned-in DLC by a company that stopped caring about anything other than $ a long time ago.
Summary: Well this game was definitely fun to play. The story was interestingly told and the characters are relatable and you get attached to them. It brings in an element that is not usually seen in rpgs which is the family. It is not as good as Dragon Age Origins, but still entertaining.
Summary: It have NOT made a DA2 better game. Simple as that. DA2 was oversimplyfied , overconcentrated on combat , linear , boring game. DA2:Legacy is no diffrent. It does not repair what was wrong about DA2. Also it does not give you good value of quality content for $ you spend on it.
Summary: The story and premise both range from mediocre to weak, but are never better than that. This is basic a graphic "choose-your-own-adventure-book". There are choices to be made in the game, but all of the choices are also completely linear.
Summary: I read all of the reviews picking it apart and saying how bad it is compared to the original so I waited to purchase it. I got a really good deal on it for $30 or so and since I loved the first and was looking forward to the second, I snatched it up. I must say it was worth every penny and more.
Summary: As a male, I choose a female warrior. I liked the adventures over killing monsters.I battled the Arishok at least six times before I defeated him by constantly running around a pillar to avoid him and then back stabbing him when he wasn't attacking.
