Cold as Ice...

Randy R., Newegg
14 December 2013
  • Summary: Not much to say, it's a massive CPU heatsink with an attaching fan that looks amazing... gorgeous and does it's job better than expected... low temps even with the 4.6 GHz overclock on a 2500k
  • Pros: Does exactly what it's intended to do... lowered temps on my CPU by 10c... and it looks awesome in the process... keeps the case dimly lit without any of the other LEDs on
  • Cons: It's pretty massive, not for the guy that likes bling RAM with huge heatsinks (not really a con... more of a warning)

Coolers growing like chia

Nathaniel S., Newegg
24 June 2013
  • Summary: CPU coolers have grown over the years, I couldn't tell it was huge from the pics. I used to be a Zalman guy but couldn't argue with the reviews. I just got an In Win D Frame so I'll be trying this cooler without a fan shortly, I'm trying to make my system true fanless and noiseless.
  • Pros: -Great LED's -Massive cooling -Good mounts -Does what is advertised
  • Cons: Not a con for me, but simply MASSIVE

Add another fan and watch your temps plummet

Sonya L., Newegg
16 February 2013
  • Summary: Maybe enermax might consider adding an optional second fan.. I'm sure more pc enthusist would jump at the option. Leds are awesome... think they'll look even better in my case when the replacement fans I ordered finally arrive.
  • Pros: So I messed around and decided to add another fan now on idle I've seen my temp drop as low as 13C with no case fans and an open case...
  • Cons: only one fan.. but used the fan from the defective one to "double up" so I guess no RMA for me.. Just using the fan from the defective one.. Very pricy for a fan lol

Great CPU Cooler!

Sean S., Newegg
14 February 2013
  • Summary: Quite big, the power cable had to reach around the cooler, it was on top of the cooler and interfered with the top fan in my HAF 922 Case, had to reroute it. Still a great product though.
  • Pros: This not only looks cool, but keeps my CPU below 40* C even when I have my PC OC'd to 4.2 GHZ!
  • Cons: none

Update

Sonya L., Newegg
13 February 2013
  • Summary: Bigger than I expected, luckily though I could adjust the fan so that I can utilize all my ram. Love the blue leds, wish they were more consistant not based on cpu usage (I'm guessing, considering the faulty one the leds pretty much constant).
  • Pros: I wanted to update my previous review with just one egg... I decided to give the heatsinks another chance opened one of the other 2 I purchased installed flawlessly CPU temp 28c on post with just a little artic silver.
  • Cons: Guess the first one was defective not sure what the deal is with that.
