  • Excerpt: First of all this Hydro cooler from Corsair couldn't be any easier to install for anyone who wishes to follow Corsairs recommendation on how it should be installed in terms of fan placement etc. however if like me you have other ideas how you would like it setup, Scan their selves sell a screw kit for the hydro coolers for other setup options.

Easy to install

  • Excerpt: Easy to install. Found that placing rubber washers between the fan the pc case reduced to noise levels a lot. Also instruction don't mention the pump needs full 12V and shouldn't be plugged into the motherboard if it has smart fan.

  • Excerpt: I'm no expert but I found this unit straight forward to fit, had to fit a second fan (push/pull) to get the desired result and now it works very well. An uncomplicated way to move into watercooling.

Great cooler

  • Excerpt: This cooler does exactly what it said it will do in the reviews. My CPU now runs at below 55 C whilst at 100% load. I did have a small issue fitting the heatsink to my processor, as some motherboard components were slightly in the way, so I would advise everyone to check first before screwing it down, to ensure that it isn't resting on any components, as this will mean it does not have a secure fit with the processor.

Good product, scary installation.

  • Excerpt: This product is working really well, but I almost returned it before we installed it, as when we installed the mounting/back plate there was about a 3mm gap when all the screws were in as far as they could go and the mounting unit was wobbling. Fear not, some how with the miracle of finishing the installation the unit fits nicely a firmly in place, no wiggle at all. I found some good video's on installation which put my mind at ease.

  • Excerpt: Looks good, easy to install Loud fan but not too bad. I've read other reviews saying it keeps their rigs at 30c but my I7 3770k can get to around 80c on more demanding games. It's not a deadly temp but I was disappointed.

  • Excerpt: Great for overclocked system where noise is an issue. Struggle fitting to itx cases, it either fits or it don't. The backplate fixtures are a little loose; corsair forums assure me this is not a problem and is necessary to ensure a fit to all board thicknesses. Stock fans are noises, would recommend fitting better fans if noise is an issue.
