  • Excerpt: First of all this Hydro cooler from Corsair couldn't be any easier to install for anyone who wishes to follow Corsairs recommendation on how it should be installed in terms of fan placement etc.

Easy to install

Gazzae, Scan
3 December 2013
  • Excerpt: Easy to install. Found that placing rubber washers between the fan the pc case reduced to noise levels a lot. Also instruction don't mention the pump needs full 12V and shouldn't be plugged into the motherboard if it has smart fan.

H60 water cooler

21 November 2013
  • Excerpt: I'm no expert but I found this unit straight forward to fit, had to fit a second fan (push/pull) to get the desired result and now it works very well. An uncomplicated way to move into watercooling.

  • Excerpt: easy to fit and install. pump is silent, the fans a bit noisy but even so I never see my FX-6100 OCed at 4.2GHz touch 50 when the rooms at 25. Very impressed with the product

Great cooler

Daveoh, Scan
22 August 2013
  • Excerpt: This cooler does exactly what it said it will do in the reviews. My CPU now runs at below 55 C whilst at 100% load. I did have a small issue fitting the heatsink to my processor, as some motherboard components were slightly in the way, so I would advise everyone to check first before screwing it...

Good product, scary installation.

Sharook, Scan
28 July 2013
  • Excerpt: This product is working really well, but I almost returned it before we installed it, as when we installed the mounting/back plate there was about a 3mm gap when all the screws were in as far as they could go and the mounting unit was wobbling.

So far so good

Paul P., Newegg
20 July 2015
  • Summary: Perhaps my next build will get an upgrade or a custom system. At a later date I may build a fancy piping system to pipe heat completely outside. Know that if you generate heat you are going to transfer it from your rig to your room. That is an added bonus in the Winter- but an issue in the Summer.
  • Pros: This is my first liquid system and I can't imagine ever going back to only air again except for a minimal backup/testing rig. It has held up well with an FX8350 (usually) OCed.
  • Cons: Mine arrived with a slight ding. That probably should be -1 egg for Newegg rather than Corsair.

Decent Unit

David B., Newegg
10 July 2015
  • Summary: The instructions not entirely clear. You "MUST" install the pump "EXACTLY" like it is shown in the picture or the edge may catch on some caps keeping it from sitting flat on the CPU as the copper plate on the underside is rectangular, not square and there are raised areas on both of the long sides...
  • Pros: Quiet operation. 15c cooler then stock fan under load. 5 year Corsair Warranty. Looks good. (My case has a big window)
  • Cons: Pump died after 16 mo, had to pay for shipping one way but replacement was fast.
