The Samsung SE-S204N is a DVD writer optical drive of an external enclosure type with a drive height of half height. It has the ability to record at a speed of 20x. It incorporates S.A.T. which is an algorithm that automatically detects and adjusts read and write speed on eccentric, deviated or unbalanced discs, prevents disc read and write error, disc breakage and reduces noise caused by bad disc quality, as well as stabilizes performance despite differences in disk quality.
