The ability to print photos as fast as 27 seconds, plus, there’s also the option whereby users can print directly into a CD/DVD. Other features include a 6.1 cm (2.4”) color display, one-touch copying, 4-ink color with up to 4800-optimised dpi or the optional 6-ink, an optional high-capacity inkjet cartridges, memory card slots, borderless up large panorama, an automated photo tray, automatic paper type sensor, HP Smart Web Printing, HP Photosmart Essential Software and many more. The included HP Scanning software lets you preview and edit images before saving a file. Copies seemed a little chunkier than the originals, but not distractingly so. A certain reviewer quoted that the MFP has the quantity, sizing, and other copying features that most home and small-office users will need, except that the letter/A4-size flatbed scanner can’t elevate its lid to accommodate books or other thicker media, and it also can’t scan film or slides. The HP Photosmart C5280 however has Vista compatibility issue with respect to the scanning function but one has to keep in mind that this device was manufactured before Vista was even created.

Well, HP has always known for quality and excellence. HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-one is another such example. The colors are sharpest and the most highlighting point is that the photo prints have amazing clarity and quality. Another great factor is the speed, HP Photosmart offers one of the highest speeds in the whole range of All-in- one Printers. We can copy 32 papers per minute (mono) and 24 (color) papers per minute. The same goes for printing. A4 size paper suits... Read more
I have had one of these for 5 months and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting a good all-rounder. I use mine for my own graphic design business and it's had plenty of use for printing, scanning and copying and it's not failed yet. I'm very impressed with the speed and quality of print on all different kinds of paper stocks and the scanner is pretty good too. DVD/CD prints are generally very good if you want that feature too. There are so many plusses it would... Read more
