The player also features Bluetooth and comes with Bluetooth headphones that have basic player controls. It uses Bluetooth Spec Version 2.0 and the output is Bluetooth Spec Power Class 2. The maximum communication range on this device is within line of sight, approximately 10m (30 feet) and it has a frequency band of 2.4 GHz band. The built-in Bluetooth allows the user to stream music to other compatible products such as mini hi-fis, wireless headphones and the car audio. It can be used straight out of the box as it comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. The video playback has a quality of 30 frames per second. In addition to that, the player contains 3 built-in audio technologies: Clear Bass, Clear Stereo and DSEE digital sound enhancement. With storage capacity amounting to 4GB, 2450 songs and 15 hours of videos can be stored in the Sony NWZ-A826. In addition to that, the lithium-ion battery can support 36 hours of music or 10 hours of video. Videos and music can be transferred from the user’s collection via drag-and-drop, Windows Media Player or Sony’s Media Manager. The device has a video-delete function and has a JPEG viewer with slideshow mode. Apart from that, this player has intuitive operation from mobile phone-like interface and menus. The other accessories that are included are a CD-ROM (MP3 Conversion Tool), Windows Media Player 11, Media Manager for Walkman® Operation Guide, Headphones, Ear Buds(S/M/L), Stand, Quick Start Guide and a USB cable.

Aparna - Try registering your Sony at the Sony website and download some of their free software. I use Image Converter 3 to convert stuff to mp4. This is part of the Walkman Launcher package. You may already have this on the cd that came with your player. Read more
