See lessWe can’t find much to fault about the new iPod Nano, which is just as well for Apple as there’s a lot riding on this particular product. The iPod Touch is currently still too expensive to really spearhead Apple’s sales efforts, which means that the iPod Nano goes into Christmas as the new flagship of the iPod range. The one potential weakness of the new Nano is that it’s still more expensive than rivals from companies such as Creative Labs and Archos, which both... Read more
The iPod has always been about design. The simple understated lines of the nano give it an elegance lacking from many competitors. Apple have focused on making the iPod desirable and it has worked, after all, it has achieved iconic status in the face of many copycats at much lower prices. The iPod nano has for many years been the pocketable ‘Pod to beat and whilst Apple keep innovating that puts the pressure on rivals. However, this player comes in at over £100 for an... Read more
With a slimmed chassis and a boosted feature list, what’s not to like? Apple’s arm-twisting, that’s what Read more
I wasn't really a fan of the third generation iPod nano . Apple's decision to make its svelte player look like a traditional iPod was misguided in my opinion, and made it aesthetically less appealing, while also making it far less usable. The thin, but rather wide design made it hard for me to hold comfortably in my hand, especially when I was using the Clickwheel to navigate the device. Whereas the first and second generation nanos were long, so you could keep a good... Read more
The 4G represents another great step forward for the iPod Nano. Apple have managed to couple several useful new features with a stylish new look that recalls classic iPod design as well as improving battery life. Read more

I bought the iPod Nano to replace my old one that was an early model and had problems charging. When I first bought it I was very excited. It had many more gb and a bigger screen than my last one. I immediately filled it up with all of my songs and loved it for many months. Now, I can't put new songs on it because it won't be recognized by my computer and I don't know who to blame, the iPod, iTunes, or my computer. Besides that though, I would definitely recommened the... Read more
What can I say, 3rd time lucky? It has stopped working twice now and has thus proved to be highly unreliable. My Sandisk MP3 that I have had for 4 years has never once given me problems so I know what I will be getting next time and it wont be an i-pod. Read more
The iPod Chromatic (or nano 4th generation) is better than any previous version. With a larger screen, twice as much memory, accelerometer, new genius playlist creator, and colors that are POP'N hot, this iPods a keeper. My first iPod was the iPod nano 1st generation white. I loved it. Second I had a second generation nano in the color red. <WOW> the color was awesome with the same great features. Until 2008 I had the second generation. I had no idea what I was missing.... Read more
Let's face it, not much can touch the iPod series and this one is no different. It's sleek, smooth and beautiful. The curve design feels great to hold and of course, it is very easy to use. Anyone can pick up an iPod , not having used one before, and instinctively know how to use it and this iPod is no different. It has a few additional features from the iPod Nano 2nd generation. One of these is the Cover Flow feature which enable the user to turn the iPod on it's side... Read more
