Sony TDM-iP50

Can anyone tell me where to find a cable which connects an iphone4 to a dmport as found on a Sony DAV-IS10? No matter how hard I search, all I can find is the TDM-IP50 dock. Why do I need to spend £50+ on what is ostensibly just a standard av cable? I don't need a dock, just a cable to plug my iphone into my home theatre system and listen to the music on it! Any help?
