The Samsung T23A750 is a 23-inch HDTV/monitor showcased at the CES January 6-9, 2011. The HDTV/monitor allows users to enjoy a wide variety of native 3D content and, on some models, watch 2D content in 3D thanks through the company’s real-time 2D to 3D conversion technology. The 3D HDTV/monitor can automatically analyze and render 2D content in real-time to 3D, supporting content from PC, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles and set-top boxes. It also features built-in glasses sync emitter, and comes with a pair of 3D active-shutter glasses and middleware for 3D gaming. It supports full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, has a 5 ms response time, 1000:1 (static) MEGA dynamic contrast ratio, 170°/160° viewing angle, HDMI USB 2.0, RF In, Audio Out (Mini Jack), Digital Audio Out (Optical), PC Audio In (Mini Jack), Component In (Y/Pb/Pr), Composite In (AV), Ethernet (LAN), and RF In interface. It also has two 7W speakers with Dolby Digital, SRS TheaterSound HD, DTS 2.0 and 3D sound support. The unit measures 21 x 16 x 7.5 inch and weighs 4.2 kg.

The T23A750 is designed with a TN panel and features Samsung’s Ultra Clear Panel technology, which combines a glossy display that maintains ease of viewing through an anti-glare matte finish. The LED-backlit panel also features 100% sRGB coverage, sports Samsung’s signature Touch of Color design, which embeds colored accents in the bezel; reduction of energy consumption by 40 percent through its LED-backlit technology; an HDTV tuner for live television in addition to PC and AV playback; integrates a picture-in-picture function which allows for simultaneous activities like viewing live sporting games while managing player stats online; Samsung visual display technologies such as Eco Light Sensor which creates an optimized viewing environment by automatically adjusting the brightness of the screen based on ambient light and Eco Motion Sensor which automatically turns the display on or off when a user is within or has left the vicinity of the HDTV/monitor.
