The LG L246WH is a wide LCD monitor ideal for Windows Vista industrial design toolkit. It has HDCP and supports full resolution HD-DVD and Blu-Ray playback. It is suitable for viewing TV and DVD movies, as well as playing video games. HDMI provides sharp images and sounds with no data loss for graphic and multimedia users. The LG L246W comes with a stand that is height adjustable. The set weighs about 9.6 kg whereas the whole box weighs about 12 kg. Input ports include RGB port (15 pin D-sub), HDMI port, USB (2.0, 1 up/ 2 down), component (video only) and PC audio in/ out. The LG L246W runs on LIPS (LCD Integrated Power Supply) and has a normal power consumption of less than 80 W when in use, less than 3 W when on standby mode, and less than 2 W when on power off mode. Special features include the ability to tilt within 30 degrees up and 5 degrees down range, as well as swivel within a 350 degrees range. The LG L246W complied with safety certifications such as UL, cUL, TUV-GS and SEMCO as well as EMC certifications like FCC-B and CCE.
