Better-looking than many monitors, the HP w1907 would fare decently at a business, a home office, or at home for personal use, while adding some style to the desktop. Read more

If you're in the market for a widescreen flat panel display, be sure and give the HP Pavilion W1907 a look. If you haven't used a TFT LCD display, you'll likely be surprised at the vivid colors and high contrast. Whether you need it for office applications or gaming, the HD quality video display produced by this monitor is excellent. And it's an excellent value when compared feature for feature with the competition. Read more

Tech Level: somewhat high Ownership: 1 month to 1 year Pros: The HP w1907 has the most amazing display and clarity for its price. There is no bleeding, and the contrast ratio is perfect at 1000:1 Factor in the 5ms response time and the brightview technology that only HP has to offer and BAM! They had me sold. Cons: The stand isn't anything to get excited about, as it doesn't raise or lower, but this mostly shouldn't ... Read more

purchased this as a replacement for my old 17" lcd that was dying. the $179.99 price was extremely attractive and made it a deal I couldn't pass up. the picture quality was as good, if not better, than some monitors costing $50-$75 more. mainly used for gaming and photo/video editing and I've experienced zero issues so far! I have had this monitor for years, and I have moved 3 times since getting it, and it has withstood rough handling, bad weather, high humidity, and the sands of Iraq, and it still looks as good as when I first got it. If you want a sturdy and reliable monitor, I highly recommend this one. And I have used several video cards with it, and the picture is AWESOME. Good job HP. Read more

I used a w1907. It was a good monitor. Picture quality is very good. Colour and contrast are excellent. The monitor also has a great design that blends in well with the environment. The biggest disappointment is that mine died a few months after the one-year warranty. HP charges almost $200 to do a swap with a refurbished one. For that money, I could get a new one. I brought it to a repair shop and they said that the power supply was dead but HP didn't make the power... Read more
