Acer P243W

The Acer P243W is one of Acer’s P series LCD monitors which provides engineered optimal brightness for sustained, eyestrain-free use. The design features a slim and glossy black bezel, smart rear-cable management, and a stable base. The control buttons are located below the panel and enable easy cleaning and intuitive use. The Acer P243W is suitable for home as well as education environment use. It has a stand that gives it flexibal height adjustment up to 12 cm, rotation of up to 90 degrees, tilt between 34 degrees up and 5 degrees down, swivel with a range of 70 degrees (35 degrees both right and left) and FlexArm.

Features

The Acer P243W’s engineered optimal brightness is designed for use in a normal ambient light with a viewing distance of around 60cm. In terms of display, diagonally, the screen size is 24 inches widescreen, with a viewable area of 24 inches as well. It has a dot pitch/ pixel pitch of 0.27 mm, with a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a response time of 2 ms. The Acer P243W also has control buttons on its front panel which consists of power on/off, enter menu and auto-configuration, whereas the on-screen controls consist of on-screen display menu control buttons, auto-configuration and power on/off button. The Acer P243W can read signal inputs of HDMI, DVI-D and VGA as well as features HDCP. Under the category of images, the image brightness of the Acer P243W is 400 cd/m² with an image contrast ratio of 3000 :1. It also has a viewing angle of 160 degrees, both horizontally as well as vertically. As for video input, the Acer P243W can read RGB analog video signals, as well as digital visual interface (DVI), High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) for digital video standard. The Acer P243W has expnasion and connectivity through interfaces including a VGA 15 pin HD D-sub (HD15), a DVI-D 24 pin digital DVI and a 19pin HDMI type A. Included in the package is a flat panel mount interface measuring 100 x 100 mm.
