Colour aside, I rather like this mobile. The shake control feels a little like a chancy add-on which you will either like or loathe, but there are lots of good features and the slider format keeps the phone down to a pocketable size. Read more

It’s good to see that Sony Ericsson is evolving its Walkman phone range with the W910i. Shake control in its earliest implementation might be more gimmick than must-have gadgetry, but we can also see its potential. Other elements could be better – the camera and connector positioning for instance - but the W910i has got some great stuff going for it, including HSDPA. And at the beating heart of the phone is an excellent quality music player that really delivers. Read more

As with all my phones since about 2000, It's a Sony, which I've often felt had the best interface, very acceptable build quality, and I had replacement wires lying about for chanrgers etc (good reason to be loyal). So when the thing came in the post, bunged in my sim, bunged the charger in and my m2 1gb memory card (from my previous K800i), which is where I noticed the phone having it's own 1gb card (worth about £25 new).
