Along with the Walkman player, few features such as SensMe and TrackID. Navigate through a playlist, shuffle and skip through tracks, or adjust the volume, with just a shake of the phone through the Shake Control. A 3.2 megapixel camera with digital zoom is built in to the phone. Picture and video blogging can be done as well as PictBridge printing. Pictures can be stored on the 1GB Memory Stick or transferred to a PC using Media Manager. Twin speakers with Stereo Widening are on the front of the phone which help share the music being played, plus, an optional Active Speaker for outdoor use. The phone allows you to play in landscape mode, with sound from stereo speakers and use of gaming buttons like a gaming console. It is preloaded with the latest games, including Need for Speed™ ProStreet. Motion Sensor Gaming and widescreen gameplay are featured in the gaming options. The Active Speaker MAS-100 in the W760 acts as a protective case, a speaker to let you play your tunes even louder and an FM radio antenna. This phone has a built-in GPS, Wayfinder Navigator as well as Google Maps and the GPS-supported fitness application called Tracker use for running and walking purposes. Messaging (SMS, MMS, Email, Instant Messaging), Phonebook and PIM applications (Notes, Calculator, Calendar, Flight mode, Tasks, Alarm Clock) are all included. Included with the phone are battery, charger, USB cable, 1GB Memory Stick Micro™, Stereo Portable Hands Free, Sony Ericsson PC Suite and Media Manager content transfer software. Optional accessories are Bluetooth Stereo Headset HBH-DS205 and Active speaker MAS-100.

Whether it's the games, the camera, the internet access or the GPS, there is plenty for the person looking for a host of up-to-date features. It's not perfect, and lets face it, the slider design is not for everyone, but if you are after a compact handset that is easily pocketable with a strong music focus rather than just another smartphone, this will be hard to beat. I've had pretty much the same problems that everyone has said here. The phone freezes then knocks its self off for min or two. Alarm does no recur when you want it. Music playback can be choppy. Another problem I had was my battery, your talking a full charge nearly every night. GPS seems to be a function they just wanted to add to sound appealing, it's not that good & requires Internet access so I hardly bother with it. I got an exchange so hopefully it works better.
