It’s rare to find a touch-screen phone as well executed as the iPhone. Samsung fans will be delighted to see a new and adept interface on a cool phone that doesn’t cut any corners. It is fast, slick and full of customisable details. Read more

Samsung's Tocco is yet another handset with a full frontal touchscreen. I am immediately reminded of the F490 , the F700 , LG's KF600 , and of course the iPhone in both its original and 3G flavours. Well, here we go again with the Samsung Tocco, which is available from all the major network operators from free depending on your contract choice. My review sample came from Orange. Read more

The Tocco improves on previous Samsung touchscreen mobiles, with a more responsive and improved user interface. The phone looks pretty fine too. One downside of such a compact, pocketable build, though, is the lack of screen space and consequently, finger room. The mid-tier feature line-up, headlined by the five-megapixel camera, is decent enough, and the widgets idea works neatly as a bonus feature, too. Although it has high-speed HSDPA mobile data connectivity, it’s... Read more

Had this as upgrade to keep as spare. Started using it and became hooked. Slick interface, very easy to use. Disagree with comment about texting, find it far easier than keys. Decent web browser and FM radio. Quality build. Touchscreen excellent. Read more

Had a Tocco for 6 months. On balance it is an OK phone, but still has too many flaws. + Looks good + Slim + Screen is good size + Doesn't crash + Call quality is fair + Reception is fair + Durable (excepting screen scratches) + For the money (now) it is decent value + Can use an 8GB SD micro + Battery life is reasonable - Touch screen has lag, you have to adapt to it. - Camera is pretty poor, especially viewed on phone. - Flash is pitiful (and in my case not working now)... This phone has good looks and i think the texting is easy! However, I try calling people and they can hear me and then they cant for about a second, so it isn't very good for calling people on. The earphones are brilliant very loud and clear. Not tried the internet yet but i'm sure it is brilliant. I got the phone a few days ago and i like it. Read more
