Good phone but keeps cutting out mid call
24 March 2013
Summary: Good phone but had to return first as kept cutting out mid call even when had full signal and charge Replacement did the same thing so returned the phone for a refund. Amazon's customer service was excellent but I would not recommend this phone due to its unreliability for making and receiving calls

Summary: Although I needed nothing more than a mobile phone - no browsing, no texting - the Samsung seemed an attractive device at a good price. My only criticism was that, despite hardly using the 'phone, that original £10.00 airtime credit vanished appallingly quickly - at approximately £1.00 per day. It was finally traced to the fact that (it's apparently a default setting) a 'packet data' option - buried deep in one of the option drop-down lists - was ticked.
Summary: Not found the photo easy to use and having inserted the SD card the phone is now saying there isn't one. The battery discharges really quickly so cannot rely on the phone for longer than 24 hours. Am very disappointed with the phone.
Summary: I got one of these for myself and one for my daughter, she lost hers within a fortnight but I kept mine and I really like it, I use the GPS when cycling, playbooks to read the Game of Thrones books, I can use Project Gutenburg to get most classic books for free, sync with my google account, play games. It does everything really. But quite slow and as my son pointed out too slow for minecraft and temple run so not much use for 11 yr olds.
