Summary: This was a replacement for my wife who had an old mobile, it isceasybto use as she is not technical at all. It isceasier for her to getvto her contact than hrr old orange phone.Great for any one who isca technaphobic. Good colourcon screen.
Summary: I bought by this for my wife's birthday and what a great phone it is. it's packed with features and looks good and performs brilliantly and coupled with the amazing value of the rolling month by month low cost deal on the SIM it was a present much appreciated. WELL DONE TESCO!
Summary: Received my phone today and am thrilled to bits with it. This is my first Smartphone and found it incredibly easy to set up and was texting within minutes (I'm 74)! I do need a stylus as the keyboard is a little small for ageing fingers. The phone came with several different coloured backs for even more Street cred. So far, highly recommended.
Summary: Bought two of these; one for my 14yr old and one for my 11yr old, who saved up desperately in order to be allowed one!! Seem easy enough to use, although my younger one complains that it's difficult to hang up if the person you are talking to is not in your contact list.
Summary: At first I was very happy with my galaxy Y. But after time it became apparent it wasn't a great device. Cons - Phone memory fairly small and unable to save apps to sd card. A massive oversight. Screen freezes, sometimes becomes unresponsive. Doesn't happen all the time but very frustrating when it does. Signal has a habit of dropping off meaning you may have to switch handset off and on to regain reception.
Summary: I bought this as a spare phone for my son and myself. He seems quite happy with it, I set it all up so it is easy to do as I'm not that good with smartphones. I did use express delivery as we needed it asap, took 4 days and the item I ordered at the same time, non express, arrived before it, so I would not bother with express again.
Summary: Bought this as a first smartphone so I could connect to wifi etc. However I make a lot of calls and because it's a touch screen when you put it against your ear it puts the person you are speaking to on hold really frustrating. Also it's really easy to put the wrong number in when dialling because the keypad is small and numbers close together. All in all takes too long to make calls and have conversations so I've sent it back and replaced with a basic phone.
Summary: This is my 1st Android phone and I'm happy to say I've managed to work out how to use it. I'm not 'young' ;-] but this has turned out to be the perfect phone for me. The screen is not too sensitive, but the keypad when texting, is a bit on the small side and if you've got 'fat fingers' it can be frustrating when you catch the wrong letter, [but this could be said for a lot of touch screen phones]. It looks really smart and expensive, but it definately wasn't expensive.
