Users also mentioned the excellent performance of the Advanced Image Editing and Office Document viewer. There are more expensive phones, and next year there will be even better phones - but by that argument you'd still be clutching your Nokia Cityman 100 afraid to upgrade. This phone is extremely good at what it does: it'll let you organise a night out, look good while you're there, then share what happened with others the next day. And isn't that what communications are for? Read more

The Samsung’s G600's five-megapiaxel camera will be an attractive feature for some buyers. The quality snapper doesn't dominate the phone's design, though. The handet's slim, elegant, understated and solid in the hand. Taking and making calls, the quality of the G600 is top-class too. We experienced clear calls, good reception and an all-round very reliable performance. The on-board music player ticks the right boxes - as long as decent headphones are used - and... Read more

, I made no bones about the fact that I was really waiting for the SGH-G600. Now it has arrived, and while I rarely go overboard about a mobile, this is one I really like. There was a time when a slider would have been well down my list of formats to swoon over. But I have come around, and the quad-band 2G SGH-G600 is simply divine. Read more

As a phone, the G600 is a solid number that doesn't push the boundaries, but then, is likely to appeal to many. If you were tempted by the U600 but not sure about those magic touch sensitive keys then this is definitely for you. As for the camera? The offering here is as almost as good as the Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot range and certainly as good as the Nokia N95. The only catch? No 3G, which is strange seeing as there is some focus on surfing the web with this model. Read more

The samsung G600 is nowhere near as good as the sony ericsson phones. I have a few gripes. The camera takes bad photos so what if its 5 megapixels, the lens and flash suck. When you get the photos onto the PC there is some type of write protection which makes them difficult to rotote and edit how you want. To send a simple message you have to go through a stupid and complicated selection process to pick the right person. The battery life is poor and overall it's an... Read more

Phone ok but much prefer a Nokia. The camera on this that everyone raves on about is rubbish I think. It might be 5 megapixels but it doesn't focus unless you’re completely still! When your trying to take pics of little ones they end up all blurred! Read more
