The N97 does a fine job of combining the best and most useful features from Nokia's other ranges into a does-it-all superphone. The camera, keyboard and screen are all top notch. Read more
Easily the best Nseries device so far; however, it lacks the iPhone’s flair and guile Read more
A full touch, device, robust and sophisticated with a very good keypad, the N97 is recommended for people who are looking for a business phone – a mobile laptop that can also give good photo and video. The touch experience has been improved a lot, but more fluidity could still be achieved. Read more
The Nokia N97 is another feature-packed N-series powerhouse that somewhat neglects design and usability considerations. With a great Qwerty keyboard but a disappointing resistive touchscreen, we're ultimately underwhelmed by the whole package Read more
Overall, the N97 is a fantastic piece of hardware. Top end specs, a great screen, near-infinite storage and more features than you can shake a stick at mean that this handset is among the most capable in the marketplace. this is a very sophisticated phone. Although not as easy to use as my previous E90 communicator, it is much quicker - particularly on websites and navigation. Getting from app to app can be a bit long-winded, but each one is at or near the top in its field - great browser, good camera (very good video by mobile standards), very good radio reception, good phone quality. I do not know what all the fuss is about regarding the touch-resistive screen, but then I am not an... Read more
What is going to be the best thing that will happen in 2009???? The answer is the Nokia N97 is being released. This phone sounds fantastic, i am a bit dissapoined Nokia didn't up the camera to 8 megapixels rather than the 5 they have used on the N95 &N96 although thay have put an LED flash on the N97. The intergrated Compass sounds like a great feature and the 32 gig of memeory will be fantastic for storing music, pics &vids. I would love to know if anyone has had a play... Read more
