See lessThe N82 is best described as the bastard child of the N95 and not really an improvement on the N81. This is Nokia packaging its current lineup of phones in a different form factor and adding a Xenon flash rather than offering anything new and improved. Where the phone fails even further is that the repackaged exterior isn't actually that nice or easy to use either. Like the Sony Ericsson W880 the keys are prickly to use and the overall build quality compared to other... Read more

The N82 uses the same Symbian operating system as the N95 and usefully, has 128MB of RAM ensuring everything runs smoothly and quickly, plus having plenty in reserve for running multiple programs at the same time. The menus are a choice between a 4x3 grid and a list-based system, both working well. The media player can be accessed by a dedicated key and choices are displayed in tab form, all of which can be moved around to suit your preferences. The built-in... Read more

The phone has a lot of features on it like music player, gps, web, etc. You can't use this phone with a Mac computer. The music upload is cumbersome because if you don't convert to a specific file format it will eat up all your memory and then the sound quality is okay for head phones but awful if you play on stereo or your car. Not to mention the upload of music to your phone will create duplicate songs or just not upload. This phone will go haywire about once every 2... Read more
Have had the N82 for 6 months now and it is probaly the best phone I have had. The camera is amazing and has replaced my normal digital camera. The battery also lasts for a good period of time. My only gripe when I first got the phone was that the keys were a little fiddly texting but you do get use to it. All in all a good all rounder won't win the fashion stakes but I would rather have a phone that delivers the goods. I was surprised at how easy it was to email on the... Read more
