The 8600 Luna is a stunning handset in some respects. Simple clean lines define the design and it feels a million dollars in the hand. Just as well, as it costs a heck of a lot SIM free - £549 from Nokia's online store or, at the time of writing, £424.95 from Expansys, and from ‘free' when you're tied into some price plans. It may practise the 8800's style-over-substance policy, but the Luna oozes quality from every pore. And we could play with that slide action all day Read more

This is a very, very expensive phone for grown-ups. This is not a media phone or a music phone, though if you really have to have that stuff, it has it. This is a first class, no nonsense device for people who love great industrial design and are willing to spend the money to own it. This is a phone for people looking for, well, a phone. The only other redeeming quality besides the stand-out design is that there's MP3 player (plays AAC, etc.) and an FM... Read more
This phone is kinda expensive but it's considered to be luxury. It's heavy and, from one hand, I like it, from another hand, you may easily drop it, and it will get scratched. Buttons are bigger than on the first model of 8800 , which is good. Its battery doesn't last long, so, even using bluetooth, will drain it out within a few hours. I upgraded its software once from the web, and it got broken. Since I have a European version (it was made in Germany), I was forced to... Read more
I received this phone for my 21st birthday present from my boyfriend when it first came out, this phone is great with a sophisticated with a elegant line! It's a little bit heavy I must say but minus that it is a great build, its very solid and because its made or high quality materials it has such a sleek appearance to it. The phone is supposed to be starch resistant, I used this phone for almost a year and it was still in perfect condition! cases are available to... Read more
